What do i need to bring?

Yoga mat, yoga towel, sweat towel, water bottle.

What is the best time to arrive?

Please arrive at 630PM to check in and secure your spot. The class will start at 7PM and run until 830PM. We will have a social hour after the class concludes running until 930PM.

is there parking?

Parking is available next to the Harding Center in the church parking lot for the event. Cars cannot be left there overnight.

Will alchoholic beverages be provided?

Non-Alcoholic drinks will be provided for the social hour afterwards. We are walking distance to Carlsbad Village and can find a location to continue the social hour afterwards.
